This Blog Aims to Provide:(1) A resource for Israeli law, relevant international law, and information for
American lawyers who would like to move to Israel and practice law there.
(2) A forum for discussion about Israeli law, with a focus on the legal
status of and challenges to the Jewish identity of the State of Israel, the
ability of Israel to take actions necessary for the national defense, the civil
rights all citizens including the "settlers," the territories of Judea, Samaria,
Golan and Gaza, and the Jewish right to the Land of Israel.
(3) A source for legal news relating to Israel.
